It took me a lot of hard work, positive thinking, and the right tools to be successful in my wonderful new home: Canada. 

I was very successful in a multi-national company in the Philippines. I also was a highly-respected Certified Public Accountant and worked with several major clients and an international bank. I even owned and operated my own travel agency and business and audit advisory businesses that were very successful.

Yet I longed for even greater opportunities and successfully applied (without an interview!) to immigrate to Canada. I was so happy!

Then It Hit Me!

My name is Lourdes Elardo-Gant, and believe me when I say: it was a shock to find out I had no idea about so many things! I was very successful here in the Philippines. How could I be successful in my new home if I did not have a plan?

I woke up to realize I was...

I began to create a system, a step-by-step program that would take me from A-Z through everything I needed to do. Why did I do this? I could not find anything anywhere else like it!  And you know what… it worked!

Within a few short weeks, I had found:

• the perfect place to live in a good area of town that was affordable and safe

• a job where I was earning all the money I needed, and was making new contacts

• new relationships that were helping me personally and professionally

Why was this so very important?

My Family was Depending on Me

I had to hit the ground running, just like you do. I had to have a good, proven plan that would help me deal with all the challenges being presented: just like you do.

We know that our culture is very strong. It is strong because our families support each other no-matter-what.  Like you, I was leaving all of this behind and charting my own course. I had to succeed. There was no choice.
